Japanese sushi chef Yukio Matsuo has been practising his art for more than 30 years, first in Montréal for ten years and, since 1997, on a country road just a few minutes from the town of Brome Lake.

Sushi Traiteur’s platters are prepared to order only. To enjoy Yukio Matsuo’s creations for dinner, you’ll need to phone in your order by noon and pick it up at his home when it’s ready. On your way there, take a moment to admire the region’s beautiful landscapes! Then, all you’ll need to do is find the perfect spot to savour your delicious sushi meal: maybe a beach, a lookout or a cottage?
